Do your packages include rehearsal and wedding weekend coordination? 

Yes, when we say we are there for each step of the way, we mean it. We will be there from load in to load out. 

Are we able to upgrade at any point if we decide we need full service planning? 

Of course! During our discovery call, we will discuss which service is the best fit for your budget and wedding. However, if things get overwhelming and you want our team to step into full-planning we can do that at any time during the process. 

Do you travel? 

Absolutely! While we are based in Huntsville, AL our passports stay current and we love to travel! We go wherever your story takes you whether that's your parent's backyard, an exotic destination, or anywhere in between.

For design and coordination services, will you still provide vendor recommendations for non-design-related vendors? 

Absolutely! We have extensive vendor connections and can provide trusted recommendations for your entire vendor list. 

How many staff members will be on-site during the wedding weekend?

For every wedding, a minimum of 2 staff members will be on-site. Owner and Executive Planner, Courtney, will always be the lead planner unless otherwise noted.

Do we have to work with your preferred vendors?

We do not require you to work with our preferred vendors. All of our preferred vendors are those we have worked with and trust to provide exceptional service -- you're always going to be in good hands with them. However, if you would like to work with a vendor outside our preferred list, we require that they are a licensed, professional business and ask to review their portfolio and references before booking.
