You’re here because you want a beautifully designed event, but you’re not sure how to execute the vision.

We created our Design & Coordination service for the couple who has an idea of how they want their event to look and feel, but aren’t sure how to make that happen. 

Unlike Full-Service planning, we won’t be managing everything for you, but we will do the heavy-lifting on all things design and pick up coordination 2-months prior to your wedding day.

The welcome

We’ll discuss your vision, timeline, and get to know each other — making sure we are a good fit is crucial to a successful experience!

The invitation

You’ll receive a proposal detailing our services and investment. Once we recieve an intiial deposit, your date is secured.

The vision

Once you've reached the milestone in planning where all logistic vendors are booked, we will kick things off and begin the design process. We will take your vision and create and present a design plan, tailored to you. You will continue to manage logistics-related vendors and we will manage all design-related vendors, such as rentals, florals, stationery, lighting, draping, linens, etc.

Two months prior to your wedding, we will take over coordination and handle all aspects of the event leading up to the date.

Once we take over, you’ll be able to sit back and enjoy the weekend stress and worry-free.

When we work together, you get the benefit of not just one person dedicated to your event, but an entire team working behind the scenes to make it happen. We take on a limited number of weddings each year so that we can provide the most hands-on, personalized planning experience possible.

Investment

The investment for Design & Event Coordination starts at $4,700. 

Booking with Courtney Burton Events was arguably the best decision we made during our wedding planning process.
